Neck Tie with Cuffs Set, Yellow

Rescued components from a dated top converted into flexible, add-on accessories - namely a neck tie with matching cuffs.
Perfect for adding colour - the tie can be worn  tied, loose or as a pussy bow. Great for zhuzhing a casual top or peeking out from under a jacket or cardigan. The cuffs, worn at the wrist under long-sleeve tops, great for upgrading a sweater or tee without the hassle/bulk of wearing another layer underneath. (Also good for hiding aging hands!)
