Delivery
We ship our unique pieces worldwide, and all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
UK: £5.00 (2-3 working days)
EU Countries: £15 (3-6 working days)
Other Countries: £25 3-10 business days)
Bank holidays and weekends are not included as delivery days. if you purchase a piece at the weekend, your item will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Customs
Orders placed for delivery outside the UK may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the receiver. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as customs regulations vary from country to country.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please email hello@collage.london to request a return, specifying the reason. We cannot issue refunds for items returned without prior authorisation.
Upon receipt of your request, we will send you the returns address. We do not offer exchanges, as each COLLAGELONDON / GOFF COURTNEY piece is unique.
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required will not be refunded. Returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed once approved.
Please handle all pieces with care. As a condition for a refund, returned items should be returned in the original packaging, sealed securely, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with any original COLLAGELONDON / GOFF COURTNEY tags attached. You are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method.
When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed and altered will not be accepted or refunded and may be returned at your expense.
If an item is faulty, please notify us by email at hello@collage.london with details and photographs of the product fault, to return within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
